How we deliver.
Made in Paris, next-day delivery across mainland France. The macaron is a fresh product; the delivery chain matters as much as the recipe.
Shipping Monday to Thursday
To preserve the freshness of our macarons and avoid any weekend transit delays, shipping is limited to Monday through Thursday.
Order placed before noon (Monday to Thursday): shipped the same day, delivery expected the following day.
Order placed Thursday after noon through Sunday: shipped the following Monday.

Home delivery: €11.90
All deliveries are insured by Chronopost next-day, across mainland France. Coffrets are prepared by hand, placed in insulated packaging with cold packs for protected transport.
Choose a specific date
To gift a coffret on a particular date (birthday, celebration, event), a date selector is available on every product page. You can see in real time the possible delivery dates.
Closure periods
15 August to 1 September 2026: summer break.
During closure periods, orders remain open; they are shipped on reopening, on the first available shipping date.
On receipt
Your macarons are fresh products, without preservatives. Place your coffret in the refrigerator on receipt, and enjoy them within 4 days to fully appreciate their flavours.
In case of an issue
Parcel not received on the expected date: first check Chronopost tracking; a one-day delay is sometimes possible. After 48 hours without news, write to contact@aimotionparis.com with your order number. We open a carrier inquiry within 24 working hours.
Parcel damaged on receipt: photograph the parcel before opening (carton exterior, label, general state) then the interior (insulated packaging, macarons). Send the full set to us within 24 hours of receipt. Without a photo taken on receipt, the claim cannot be filed with the carrier.
Damaged or non-conforming macarons: report the defect to us within 24 hours of receipt, with photos. Depending on the case, we issue a credit, a new shipment, or a refund.
Wrong address or recipient absent: Chronopost notifies you to reschedule delivery or pick up the parcel at a relay point. A second presentation is possible. Beyond that, the parcel returns to the atelier; reshipping fees remain at the customer's expense.
