The product

Is it really 100% plant-based?

Yes. No egg, no milk, no butter. A potato protein replaces the egg white — no aquafaba, no shortcuts. It's the obsession with the raw material that makes the texture so close to the classic macaron.

Is it less sweet than a classic macaron?

Yes, noticeably less. But it remains a macaron. Our pursuit is balance: more precision, less heaviness.

Which flavours do you have?

Twelve core flavours: vanilla, lemon, peanut, coffee, caramel, chocolate, raspberry, hazelnut, passion, pistachio, mandarin & black sesame, coconut & rose. A seasonal collection adds to those. For spring 2026, Douceur Botanique: rose, jasmine, violet, orange blossom.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Order before noon, shipped the same day. Chronopost next-day delivery across mainland France. Free pickup point from €65. Shipping Monday to Thursday, public holidays excluded.

How much does delivery cost?

€6.90 to a pickup point · €11.90 home delivery. Free pickup point from €65 of purchase.

Do you ship abroad?

For now, mainland France only (Corsica included). For requests outside France, please write to me.

Allergens & storage

What about allergens?

No egg, no milk. Almonds always present, sometimes hazelnuts or pistachios depending on the flavour. Sulphites present (from the potato protein). Flavour-by-flavour breakdown on the allergens page.

Storage and tasting?

Keep between 2 and 8 °C. Best enjoyed within 4 days of receipt. Take them out 15 minutes before — the texture reveals itself at room temperature.

Can I add a personal note to the coffret?

Yes. A handwritten card is included with every coffret, no extra charge. You write your note (up to 140 characters) at checkout — I calligraph it and slip it into the coffret before shipping.
