Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The original French version of this document prevails in case of any discrepancy. This English translation is provided for convenience only.

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of AIMOTION products via aimotionparis.com.

2. Products

AIMOTION sells plant-based macarons, coffrets, pyramids and gift cards. Products are described on the site with maximum accuracy. Photographs are indicative: appearance, colours and finishes may vary slightly given the artisanal nature of production.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC): VAT 5.5% for food products. Delivery fees are specified at the time of ordering, before validation. AIMOTION reserves the right to modify prices at any time, it being understood that the price shown in the catalogue on the day of the order shall be the only one applicable.

4. Order

The order is validated after full payment. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the customer. AIMOTION reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of prior dispute, payment default, or insufficient stock.

5. Payment

Secure payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Shopify Payments. No banking data is retained by AIMOTION. Payment is debited on order validation.

6. Delivery

Chronopost next-day delivery in mainland France (Corsica included), if the order is placed before noon. Shipping Monday to Thursday, public holidays excluded. Rates and conditions detailed on the delivery page.

In accordance with the legislation in force, AIMOTION undertakes to deliver within a maximum period of 30 days from the order date. In case of a delay exceeding 7 days not attributable to the customer, the latter may terminate the sale in accordance with applicable French consumer law.

7. Right of withdrawal

Important: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts relating to the supply of perishable, food products such as the products sold on our site. Macarons, being fresh food with a limited shelf life (4 days), are excluded from the right of withdrawal once the order has been placed.

For unused gift cards, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with applicable French consumer law. The customer may exercise this right by sending the form below to contact@aimotionparis.com or by post to the registered office.

8. Warranties

For a defective product or one not conforming to the order, the customer is invited to notify AIMOTION within 24 hours of receipt (ideal for product freshness), with photograph and order number to contact@aimotionparis.com; a replacement or refund will be offered. This rapid procedure does not affect the benefit of the legal warranty of conformity nor the warranty against hidden defects, which remain applicable within their legal time limits under French law.

9. Storage and allergens

Macarons are fresh products to be kept between 2 and 8 °C, to be consumed within 4 days of receipt. See the storage page and the allergens page. In case of freezing by the customer, the initial shelf life (4 days) no longer applies. The customer is responsible for verifying allergens before consumption.

10. Personal data

The data collected is necessary for processing the order. See the privacy policy.

11. Disputes & mediation

In case of a dispute, the customer may, free of charge, refer the matter to a consumer mediator. European platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing that, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed exclusively by French law. The language of this contract is French. In case of translation, only the French version is authentic.

Claims & transport disputes

Parcel not delivered on time: report by email to contact@aimotionparis.com beyond 48 working hours of delay from the expected date. AIMOTION opens the carrier procedure within 24 working hours.

Parcel damaged on receipt: the customer must inspect the state of the parcel before opening, photograph the carton exterior, the label, then the interior (insulated packaging and products). Photos and order number must be sent to AIMOTION within 24 hours of delivery. Failing this, the claim cannot be filed with the carrier.

Non-conforming products: any defect, missing item or non-conformity must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with supporting photos. Depending on the case, AIMOTION issues a credit, returns the product, or refunds, within a maximum period of 14 days.

Wrong address provided by the customer: reshipping fees remain at the customer's expense. AIMOTION cannot be held responsible for a delivery prevented by an incomplete or inaccurate address.
